Chrome's own Task Manager tells you a process is heavy after it already is, in numbers most people can't act on. Vantage aims to be the layer above that: an always-on monitor over your tabs, extensions, cookies and trackers, and the browser's resource usage, rolled up into a single Good, Strained, or Heavy verdict. It's built to be cheap enough to always run, reading the same Performance APIs behind DevTools without attaching a debugger.
